Since 2022, Bike Glens Falls has organized the annual “Take a Bike to Take a Bite” in downtown. Building on the Glens Falls Collaborative’s popular weekly Take a Bite event, Take a Bike encourages participants to travel to the event by bike. Past Take a Bike’s have included street takeovers/installing temporary bike infrastructure; partner organization and business booths with information, bike tune-ups, and giveaways; group rides; and raffles.
